character design

This is another #DrawThisInYourStyle with flying dragons. ✨

Just some preliminary designs for a character I created named Razor. All in pencil and some marker for color mapping.

I just finished another character design! This one is traditional, but I will eventually create a digital version.

Colored full-page of my half-Icelandic OC, HafÞóra. Prints for sale @ etsy.com/shop/DrawingsByLucia.

A short comic strip that revolves around my own original characters.

Once upon a time, there lived a princess. Not a vicious, bloodthirsty princess. No, Nettle was a quiet, bookish girl, and that was a problem. As anyone could tell you, a princess was not gentle. A princess was not forgiving. Above all, a princess was never..kind. — Nettle is a character from a story called Wing I've been working on quietly for a long time. You can check out this post on my new artist blog about the process of creating this comic character: https://christinewelmanblog.wordpress.com/2019/03/24/my-process-for-designing-a-comic-character/

Traditional queen character

Second art work..

Just something kinda surrealistic I guess.

A little fan art of one of my favourite Super Mario characters. Here I tried to imagine her in her own game in a Final Fantasy/Legend Of Zelda style. I used a mechanical pencil and white ink.

Decided to draw my babies after a long time. They're characters from a short story/novel I wrote and am planning to adapt to a comic/webtoon. Testing out possible simple coloring styles for when I actually begin paneling.

Original art inspired by the tale of Persephone.

Drawing sketch of a character im working on, it is an image monster that can manipulate reality

This amazing golden Lady is dreaming of flying away...I draw this in my own style from the original from @nikolas_tower , It was so much fund and I really liked to use a lot of Gold.

This is my character Myscria - level 10 druid, tiefling and looking older than she should because...well, I haven't quite mastered drawing specific age ranges yet. She's only about 22/23.
